flash tacking Cookies on your site?

I use flash blocking software. Every page on the main site has a small flash block a couple scrolls on down the page. Whats that for? Is it some sort of flash based tracking system? I surely hope not. I do find it strange that it is on every page, though, seemingly a steup for tracking.
