ATTN: What does the term micro-inspection mean at an apple retail store?

Hey i have trouble figuring out what this term mean


 

apple store micro-inspection , i hope anyone can answer this question for me. Do the apple techician have to remove the motherboard out of the phone and use microscope ? i tried asking the genius what that term mean and they don't want to tell me while they look at my defect iphone :(  

 

I upgrade my old verizon iphone 4 to the 6 plus last week and now my power button doesn't work. Verizon told me to go to an apple store to fix it and when i was at the apple store, they told me to leave the phone for an micro inspection.

    They aren't going to tell you details because the point of the inspection is to call reseller/scammer bullshit and if you are up to that crap they don't want to tip you off to where they look.
