New to Mac OS X Server and need help

I just came into possession of two Mac G5's, one has a bad power supply, the one that works has dual 1.8mhz processors and 3gb of RAM. I am wanting to turn the one that works into a file, web, and email server for personal use with the freelance jobs I am fixing to do. I was looking at getting Leopard Server and installing it on the G5. Would this setup do what I would like it to do or do I need to try something else?
