iOS 8.3 Kills Keyboard Shortcuts, Disables Triple Tap Home Button on Bluethooth Keyboard

Title says it all, but I'll repeat. Keyboard/Shortcuts don't work at all for me now on iPad 3rd Generation ("New iPad" LTE.) Also, triple tapping the Home button on my Logitech EasySwitch Bluetooth Keyboard for Mac no longer triggers Accessibility, though that option remains selected in Settings and still works on the iPad's own Home button. Feh. And first time ever, whole iPad just crashed and restarted on its own. :\
