How to take Phone Backup when phone is off and no iCloud

Hi,

 

My iPhone's battery is drained out and it is not getting charged. Tried using different chargers, but it still didn't work. How can I take a backup of my phone in this scenario. I did not have my phone synced to iCloud.

Please help. Urgent
