iChat & iHelp (iCare?)
How about Apple offers live people on iChat (with dedicated screen names) as tech support!
Now technicalities aside (like how to prevent getting entangled with spammers or AOL idiots, perhaps make it iChat only), this could be even more helpful than a phone call sometimes, since you can cut n paste error messages, pictures, multimedia, etc. Hrm, maybe even an extension into Apple Remote Desktop (built into Jaguar, ok it's late) like XP's Remote Help. This sounds scary though.
Anyway, just a thought. What do you think? The Help system needs Help, somehow.
