Need to hard reset

I am new to the IOS User and I bought iPhone 5s by 2nd hand through online..Now I had a prob when I downloading apps through app store it ask password of the old user(orginal buyer)..so I decide to hard reset..I don't know how to backup my image and contact and stuff..I don't have any Apple account..
