Creating an app program
I would like to have a program that I can purchase that is not connected to the Internet that I can create an app in a simple way.
I run on Mountain lion and will move up to the latest OS in the future.
There's many on the Internet and have lots of strings attached and I'm concerned about that. I want to program similar to the web designing programs such as rapidly weaver.
It needs to be simple, what you see is what you get program. I have no experience with coding.
