IPhone 6 mic isn't working properly for siri or when on loud speaker.

when I try to use siri, my phone doesn't understand me. siri always used to work up until recently. the coloured bar never goes flat meaning siri still thinks im talking even though im silent and theres no noise around me. i have checked and made sure that siri is turned on in settings. i am using ios 9. 

 

also, when i go on loud speaker for calls the person i am talking to cant hear what i am saying clearly. 

 

any advice? thanks
