Is there a way to block netflix from an airport extreme?

In the latest version of the airport extreme, is there a way to block netflix and hulu?   I can't see any firewall settings anywhere when I open it with Airport Utility.

    Are you suggesting you WANT to block it, or you DON'T want to block it?

    I do want to block it - I cancelled my subscription but my teenage daughter got a password from one of her friends and I want to shut it down so that she goes outside a little this summer.
