    The one I made:

    <a href="http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=15767&db=macosx"; target="_blank">http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=15767&db=macosx</a>;

It has to be, really, a useless program, and I hope you enjoy it. It has not practical purposes, but it is fun to use

Has anyone else played the game SimStapler?

I would have to say the app I made in RB that opened up a window with a spinning arrow icon, and wouldn't quit. It did nothing and responded in no way.

On the PC side. The little app (forgot the name) that ejects your PC's CD tray and use it as cup holder

    That one is classic

I use both calculators (actually, I don't use regular OS X calculator because I have PCalc, which is better). I never use stickies. The few times I have needed to write notes on the computer, I use either TextEdit or I just make a folder with the note in the title.

But my vote for the most useless program I've ever used is JediMaker. Kinda fun for a little while. All it does is it tells you your so-called "Jedi Name" and your "Sith Name" based on your name, mother's maiden name, and your city of birth.

Yep, all that information uploaded to a database and used to track you down, steal your identity, and your bank account. I would stop using that program as soon as I saw that screen. Who knows what that information will be used for!?! <img src="graemlins/surprised.gif" border="0" alt="[Surprised]" /> I'm sorry to be rude, but this reminds me of some spam: "Hack into any hotmail account! Just send the account name you want to hack into and your screen name and password."

    C'mon people... THINK!

EDIT: I don't mean to sound angry. (Contrary to the smilie. ) My brother's credit card was just copiedin Brazil. Oh yes, and I have window-loads of stickeis.

JediMaker mas made by RAILhead Design, a quite respected source of news, and other great things. I have all confidence in the world that he won't make spyware and release it to an unsuspecting Mac-community just so he can satisfy some megalomaniac tendency.

OK. After checking out the site, I trust it a little more. (Keep in mind the first thing I learned about the program was from this page) I'm just a little more paranoid then some of you.

When I first learned Apple Script I wrote an app that had Finder tell the following Knock-Knock Joke:

    Knock-Knock

    Who's There?

    George Bush

    George Bush Who?

    George Bush is crazy!!!

Whatever happened to Speakable items? They appeared around 96/97, but seem to have stagnated. I want to see my Mac learn more knock-knock jokes!
