NVIDIA GeForce 4 Ti RAM

Hello,



I am trying to convince a PC owner to switch to the Mac and he is looking at the low-end PM tower. However, he says that he has heard that the 64Mb version of the NVIDIA Ti card uses faster RAM than the RAM in the 128Mb model (which Apple provides). Is this true? Is there any way to get the 64Mb version for the Mac?

    I believe the Geforce4 on Apple's PowerMacs is the high-end Ti 4600. The memory should be clocked the same as the PC Ti 4600 since one Geforce4 Ti 4600 is identical to every other Ti 4600.
