I've found this picture from the opening of the Apple Store at Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, MI. <a href="http://homepage.mac.com/rogerkiwi/PhotoAlbum7.html"; target="_blank">Photo Gallery</a>

(in the background)

Do we have seen her before ? That japanese women...second from the right.

no, we haven't. which leads me to the conclusion that some new ads are underway.

    On a completely different note, see that "build a bear" store in the background? Those places are nuts. The people that work there are way too damn happy and gitty. They must pump pure O2 in there or something.

    I went shopping in a "build a bear" store with a girl once. ONCE. I ain't going back. <img src="graemlins/bugeye.gif" border="0" alt="[Skeptical]" />

    You literally "build" a bear. You pick a empty cloth body (bears, frogs, dogs, cats, etc), pick out some trinket to go inside (like one of those things that'll play a sound or a recorded clip when you squeeze it), and then you impale your animal on this pipe through its back -- from which all the stuffing gets blown in by compressed air. Then you sew it up and print out a cirtificate with your bear's name, birthday, etc.

    The people that worked there were just, I don't know, freakishly happy.

    ::shudder::

    /me doesn't ever want to go there again.

    Her name is Alberta Chu and she makes short documentary movies. She's first appeared on those spinning pylons and demo screensavers at MacWorld Expo NY.

    I think on the screensavers in the Apple Stores there is another switch personality that doesn't have a commercial yet...but maybe that was just during one of my crack induced dreams.

    At MWNY there was another commercial that hasn't been aired or put online. Anyone else remember the kid with the iPod complaining about his CD's getting messed up?
