How long are Data retained in ICloud if I stop paying?
Recently I got asked this question when I was advising a friend to have all photos stored in iCloud.
She then asked a question, what happen if she forgot to pay, credit card expired or something. What would happen to her photos? At first this seems a personal responsibility, but knowing her
1. Don't actually use a credit card, only only applied for one on this occasion
2. Don't ever check email. ( She check Facebook everyday / minutes though )
The scernerio of not paying for her is very real.
With Google, they seems to store your data for a long time ( months ) before deleting it. But for Apple there isn't an answer. And knowing Apple they will likely delete your data. Does anyone know what the grace period is?
