As I have to make a case study on apples supply chain, I figured why not ask in this forum.
Apple's profits are out of this world, because of their risky - but very efficient Supply Chain. What exactly is it about the supply chain that makes Apple so much more profitable than their competitors? if you have any references/case studies or anything else you would recommend, please let me know
