PC mags love the Mac

This morning while my wife was shopping at Costco I hung at Barnes & Noble.

Looking through the Mac & PC magazines I was surprised to see that both PC magazine and Computer Shopper gave Mac products superlative reviews,Ccomputer Shopper gave the Powerbook its highest rating and gushed that any PC laptop or desktop user would be proud to own the Powerbook.

PC Magazine gave the 17" iMac its highest rating and Jaguar jst under.

I'm more convinced than ever that its only the perception that Macs s are slower that is holding Apple back from a powerhouse breakthrough against Windows/PC.

For the same money, XP can suck faster.

    I don't care how fast it is (I'm using a 233MHz G3 on X...)

Dunno about the US, but perception here is

not favorable towards Mac. Show someone a

    PC that's non-standard and they'll run.

It's hard to guess since you haven't given a recognizable location in your profile.

Just look for a toilet with a computer setup overseas...I'm sure there aren't that many.
