Double Your Memory on Apple Canada Store disappears

Is it just me, or did we not have the Double Your Memory promotion running in Canada, i.e. double your memory for $64 Cdn.? Now I see on the Apple Canada Store the Double Your Memory promotion seems to have disappeared. There is no mention of it on the page, and if you try to double the memory of any computer you get the usual Apple price for RAM rather than the promotional deal. Anyone know what happened? Is this a response to Apple dealers' complaints?
