Getting a Website - Getting Started

Okay, basically what I want is:

a website with 30 - 40mb of space, let's say

<a href="http://www.xfluida.co.uk"; target="_blank">www.xfluida.co.uk</a>

with a POP mail account with a few different aliases,

&lt;whatever&gt;@xfluida.co.uk

No Banners (or I'm aloud to design my own)

Big or unlimited bandwidth

For under £50 a year

I don't care how it's done, I already have 30 - 40mb of webspace with demon, I think I could just register my desired URL with someone and somehow attach it to this webspace, but I'm not sure how this works, if I did it like this it would have to actually change the URL not just divert whoever visits it to <a href="http://www.the-brices.demon.co.uk,"; target="_blank">www.the-brices.demon.co.uk,</a> our existing webspace.

If I did this could I get the POP mail account too? but as with the URL it would have to be seperate from my existing address.

As you can probably tell I'm totally new to this so I need some help with learning how it all works and translating jargon. At first I thought easyspace looked good, but if I've understood correctly, with a 30mb space hosted by them, you have to pay $50 extra to get rid of their banners.

<a href="http://www.myacen.com"; target="_blank">www.myacen.com</a> has some pretty good hosting deals and it seems to be a pretty good host, as indicated by reviews I've read on some site or other. I've got a site with them, but I'm still working on developing it. It was $62 for a year with 5 mysql databases, unlimited emails, 100mb of storage, 1gb of traffic/month.
