    Well that's a no brainer. I think this has been discussed in the other thread (except for Apple's complaint).

    it will amaze me if microsoft can "settle" by making the schools use 1/3 of the money to buy microsoft software...that would be a boon for microsoft and i'm sure they would give that much free to schools anyway if they could without other companies complaining...just make it a "settlement" and then apple and other software companies can't do much about it...sigh...g
