Best place to buy Apple?

Planning to buy iMac 17 plus LaCie CDRW, some software, etc. If do order via internet, any recommended sellers...have had experience with J&R but not familiar with MacZone, ClubMac, MacMall etc?



CompUSA not price competitive but Apple Store close by but does not have everything I need.



Any advice appreciated...

    Don't go for CompUSA, they have terrible customer support(ad do most companies and retailers), and they tried to rip me off for $500. They also aren't very up to date. Last time I visited the nearest CompUSA, there iBook on display had 4 keys missing.



    I could go on for awhile, but overall I recommend looking for the best bundles(more RAM, extra software, etc.), because you aren't going to be able to find much more than a $5 difference between reputable retailers.

    I love <a href="http://www.smalldog.com"; target="_blank">SmallDog</a>. They do this weird thing. You send them email asking a question ... and they reply to you. I sent them an email one Saturday at like 7 am and got a reply at 9:30. Price wise they may not be the lowest but I feel better buying from a company I can contact and ... get a freaking reply from!

    Small Dog is an excellent place to purchase a new or even refurbed computer from.. Great prices and honestly just very nice people to work with!
