Beware! - AppleInsider and Safari

Okay, now I'm a junior member again, and my number of posts has gone back down to 1

And I'm TheSquidThing as opposed to Andrew Xt (but actually I prefer it that way)

Worst of all though, I'm back in Internet Explorer.

In Safari, once you've logged out, there is apparently no way of logging in again, In IE where there is a "log in" link, In Safari, there is just a "log out" link, even though I'm already logged out, and you cant view ANY appleinsider forum pages, you are always redireted to a page that says your password is incorrect.

Losing my old account was partly my fault, I entered an email address that I didn't have and then forgot my password. But I don't know why I was suddenly logged out in the first place.

So how do I get out of this one? I don't want my old account back, the Mods can delete that if possible (and if it won't do anything to my existing posts) But I'd really like to be able to log in again in Safari, please help.

Andrew

Hmm I use Safari. I just clicked logout then quit Safari opened it again and connected. It didn't ask for my password or anything. Maybe your keychain got messed up or you have a corrupted cookie.

Thank you, you were right, I deleted both appleinsider cookies and it let me log in.

    Now I'm back in Safari.
