apple repairs vs. pc manufactures

more and more i think apple customers are complaining about repairs, shotty quality etc. while these claims are certainly not without merit, apparently Apple still has some of the best repair history in the business.



I recently subscribed to consumerreports.org, and found this when i was browsing:







it documents the number of repairs per brand
