I've been trying to download the flash update to deal with the security concerns but the Macromedia site doesn't seem to like Safari. Has anybody else noticed that?

Maybe because Safari is Beta?
I downloaded it (stand alone installer) and it seached my hardrive for my browsers to load the plug in...
1. Internet Explorer
2. Mozilla
3. Opera? I don't have Opera. Guess they thought Safari was...
I don't know if it loaded the plug in into Safari (Shockwave Flash 6.0 r79?) If that's it...it did.
Get the standalone. I never really trust online installs.
As for the Macromedia's new "beta" site...I had format issues with Safari on some pages...but as the site is to Safari...they're both BETA.
