Can't erase DVD+RW disc in Toast

I wrote a DVD Video using DVDBackup, DVD2oneX, and Toast to do the final writing. I then wanted to erase the disc, and every time I try using Toast to erase, it kicks the disc out. Any ideas? I've been able to erase data DVDs before, but this is my first experience with DVD Videos.

    did u try using the disk utility app. i don't know if it works but hey.

    I tried using the DiscCopy utility to erase the disc, but it won't recognize DVD+RW, only DVD-RW. Still can figure this out, since I can erase data discs, just not DVD Video discs.
