Is there a way to share a music library on iTunes so I can access it on other computers even when iTunes is closed?
well, you can. it's not quite so simple as iTunes sharing though. you'd need to set up your iTunes music folder as a shared folder and then people would have to manually connect to it. i've done this before. not sure if you get the playlists and all that, i don't remember.
iTunes Rendevous sharing it quite simpler. and you don't need to mess with File Sharing permissions and all that.
