Norton Created LOST AND FOUND folder same as my entire HD
Everything on my HD has been duplicated in this lost and found folder EVERYTHING
When I try to erase something fromt his folder the file on my hard drive GOES WITH IT. e.g. I erase applications folder in Lost and found folder the folder in the Hard drive directory called Applications goes with it. They are like linked one in the same.
What the FUDGE do i do. I tried running diskwarrior but after finding 15830 overlapping files it freezes.
help!

I assume you ar using OS X.
Boot single user mode (hold down opt-s)
at the prompt
$ df
df will show your disk devices
note the /dev/disk123 that is your / (root) directory
$ fsck -y /dev/disk123
The File System ChecKer should repair any inconistancies.
You could also try apples disk repair utility. (/Applicatiions/Utilities/Disksomething)
