Divx/avi ---> Mpeg

i have some movies in divx/avi and i was wondering if anyone knew of good (haha hopefully free) converters i can use





i want to change them to make VCD's

    Why make VCDs. Just burn and watch with MPlayer. Besides DivX Doctor, don't about others, but it messes movies up badly. They're out of sync so it looks like a Japanese dub, and the audio crackles, pops, and stutters.
