Project Builder won't launch

I recently installed the Developer Tools package using the /applications/installers installer, and found that when I try to open project builder, the icon appears in the dock, bounces once, and then fades from the dock. The system I am using has 256 MB RAM and a G4/800 processor. Why can't I open it? Help would be appreciated.

    Also check and make sure there is a developer folder on the root of your hard disk. I found that if it is not there most of the developer apps won`t launch.



    I don`t know if this is consistent across all machines or if it was just a weird quark in my machine
