A small applescript challenge

Could anyone make me a selfrunning script that sets the date and time to now (14. maj 2003 just over midnight) and then opens a specified program?

    The commands for that are probably in the SystemEvents dictionary. Do you want it to do it when told it to, or by 'self running' did you mean that it would execute at a specified time.
