Picture Change On Refresh

The apple home page does it...or did at least, how do you do it?



is there an easy way to do it through HTML or should i just work on it with javascript?



the reason i want to do this is for an elementary school i want to have a set of pictures that show when you come to the page for the summer while its not updated





oh yeah and to REALLY suck your knowledge, is there a way i can get specific pictures to show up on say like july 4th?

yeah this is what i wanted...i could have done in in JavaScript but its much easier if somone has done it for me...not to mention mine would have been longer haha
