Windows XP and Airport

I have an Airport Extreme base station. I am home from college for the summer, and have set it up in my house. My father has a laptop that uses WIndows XP. I cannot get his wireless card to find my network. Does anyone have any ideas?

    ummm.. how 'bout a hint, like how you set up each. WEP? Closed network? Unleaded? ? De-caf? ?

    Ahhh, sorry about that. Umm, the stupid windows computer has decided that it would like to see the network, so I guess that my problem is solved.
