Keyboard hub works, but the keys don't!!!

So, my Apple pro keyboard's hub works, but after 10 seconds or so after being plugged in, the keys don't work. The mouse connected to it works, but typing anything doesn't do anything!!!!!! PRAM zapped, nothing! I think I am going to go the Apple Store and ask for a replacement because it is really odd that a keyboard would not work



I tried it on two computers and the same thing happened on both!...
