If you go to www.google.com and search for iPhone, you will find a link to www.applecomputer.com and this will land to apple.com.



If you go to www.uspat.gov, the U.S. Patent website and search for iPhone, you will see it: iPhone Patents pending OK, Registered trademark OK, Copyright KO, ... and so on.





The design is not publicated but is available to the US PAT.





For only a little sum of money (60.70 $) you can see it, psst...

    I do beleive apple has owned that for two or three yeares.

    Apple has released a product-copyright just a few weeks before.



    This will mean that apple will replace a "placeholder" with a real product, the iPhone that is in design procedure in California
