From FCP 3 to universal codec... what's Best?
I have projects in FCP that I would like to distribute to Windows users on CD-ROM.
Even when I export to AVI or DV-NTSC and then encode ON A WINDOWS MACHINE using ULead software, the windows machines look for a Quicktime codec.
I need windows users to be able to view these files as AVI's, without loading Quicktime.
In other words, how can I completely purge the remnants of
QT in the file, so that the file plays seamlessly on Windows boxes.
It doesn't have to be an AVI, as I have an MPG file that plays nice, but I try to use AVI as a lowest common denominator.
Thanks. Alaskan
