Excellent Apple Service
People often post complaints about Apple service. Just wanted to post a very positive experience with Apple concerning a broken iPod.
The FW connector was flakey and the audio port was broken. It was purchased last August. Apple sent a container so it could be returned to them for service. I received a box today, less than a week later, with a replacement iPod. Great service!!!
