iTunes 4 causes kernal panic

It's the third time the kernel panic happens to me. After a week of investigation I am pretty positive that iTune 4.01 is causing the panic when it's running on background.

iTunes 3 didn't have this problem. I want to downgrade back to 3 but can't find anywhere to download

Damn

iTunes 3 is on the iLife 1.0 CD, so if you can acquire one of those, you're set on the whole downgrading thing.

Dunno about the kernel panic, though.
