Just how Quiet is Quiet? (G5)

So apple is saying that the g5 will be 35dba.





I think my fan upgraded MDD is 55dba?



How loud was a cube?



An Imac?



Just trying to get an relative comparison.

    Well, the cube didn't have a fan (unless you put a Radeon in it). I think anything less than what the quicksilvers and MDD cases had is good. Audio people have been complaining for a quiter tower for a long time now. They've definately taken a lot of things into consideration for this tower and did a kick ass job.

    even better.



    let's hope 32dba = quiet as a butterfly landing on a baby's bottom.
