Try looking on eBay for a similar machine and see what it sells for. A couple of months ago I bought a graphite iMac on eBay. It was interesting that the prices for similar machines converged within $100 or so.
I did a quick check and it looks like roughly $1,000 is the going rate. Find a system like yours then bookmark it. After the bid is closed you can go back to it and read the bid history.
Seems to be an awful lot of 867 G4 dual processors for sale.
