What to use pretty insane bandwith for?

I came across this link: http://www.panic.com/goodies/tv/ and was amazed what MP4 and my internet connection can do. It better than watching TV and my connection can suck up the bits twice as fast from US than it require.

So anyone have some links for real web content that utilize this kind of speed? Preferable stuff you would find on normal broadcasting.

It mostly for show of but perhaps there is something out there that is actually interesting.

You must have a really crappy television

What I want to know is who the hell writes for these shows? The dialogue is just painful. I mean, do they just improv it? Because that's the impression I get

wow you've never get to see screen savers? i like it because it's like waynes world with geeks. i also like it because they talk about macs and mac problems a lot. but the casualness of the show is what makes it fun to watch, and i don't think they pay any of the contributers very well (and the have to makes ends meet in the bay area) and the dress code is pretty shabby but in contrast to leo laportes unctious insurance salesman style it's pretty amusing.

    now on topic:

as to the quality of the picture, it wasn't tv but it's pretty good, but the sound wasn't synced when i was watching while downloading, but when i replayed it, it was fine. and the video quality a tad better too.

All I want is enough bandwidth for live-action, full-motion, full-color, wrap-around holography with 200-channel (excuse me, 200.1 channel) surround sound.

For everyone in the house, even if they're all watching different programs.

Yeah, that'll about do it for me.

Like our former minister for culture once said when asked what she thought of sports on TV: "Sports are like porno. Boring to watch, fun to do"

know what really bothers me? i have a cable modem, cut into the same line that gives me all my wonderful dirty (and some clean) channels, and yet mr. computer over here can't touch that shizzy. i would've thought, with all the wonderous hacking and slashing that people have done, that someone would have figured out by now how to fix your cable modem into a modem/tv-convertor dealie. its really annoying to have to turn my head away from ai in order to watch teevee. and i know there are ripped tv shows out there, with commercials cut and all that jazz, but its not quite the same as watching t.v.
