Address Book: Change Address Format

I know in Address Book, I can change my address format to countries other than the United States, but some of the countries I need are absent from the list, notably Paraguay and Hong Kong (which, as far as I can tell has a different address format than mainland China). Does anyone know if it is possible to download something that will allow me to use the address formats?
