Dynamic font weirdness?

After visiting http://www.ev1.net , which seems to use some kind of dynamic font technology, my browser sometimes displays text in that same weird unreadable font (like that used for the title of 'Alien' movies) -- I went to TrueDoc and Microsoft's WEFT page looking for info, but neither of these example pages loaded dynamic fonts successfully (which I suppose is an issue in itself)



I'm thinking it is some weird kinda java thing that reset a system font definition of some kind or something?



How do I get rid of it? It's driving me crazy!!



So 2 questions: number 1: does safari support dynamic fonts (WEFT or TrueDoc?)

number 2: How do I get rid of a dynamic font that doesn't appear to be either of these?
