Does anyone know if the Motorola T720 can be used with Bluetooth? It's list on the Apple site that it can be used with iSync but I don't know how or what to do...

No, there is a USB data cable that is used. I have one and it works pretty well. My biggest complaint is that the listing of names is by FIRST name, making it hard to jump through the list.

the USB cable connectors are available on Motorola's site, but they cost about $60. kinda pricey for a USB cable.

get the Sony Ericsson T610! it rules, and it's Bluetooth!

I already bought the T720. It's a really cool phone.

So, if I have to get the USB connector? then install software?

does anyone know why they put that model on the apple site when it was known that it wouldn't work with bluetooth?

because they only put that model up when they added support for USB... just as they had support for the iPod through firewire...
