Annoying banner ads on AI

I know you don't directly select what banner ads are on AI ... but can anything be done about it?

This one is bad too.
And so is this:
I don't mind some of the other ones though. Like the habitat for humanity ones. Or really any non-blinking ones.

An easier solution is to install Pith Helmet.
http://hiredgoons.com/osd/PithHelmet/PithHelmet.html
It might take some tweaking to block the right ads, but it sure is easier to update when you see an ad you want to block.
edit: You'll need to use Safari.

Yeah, they seemed to reach an all new low. And if anybody is LEAST gullible to click those damn things it's AI users. That's like people trying to convince you that Gina Lee Nolin is a man. Just not going to happen.
