iMac won't power on...help?

There was a flash on the screen and it just stopped working. No light, no sound, nothing. Could it be the poweer supply? Any other suggestions?

    Which iMac? If it's the slot-loading CD kind, check the power button on the front and make sure it isn't stuck in.

    is it still plugged in ???



    more information would help us help you...



    unplug it, then plug it back in, then try to turn it on... does it make ANY noise at all ? (fan spinning, HD spinning, anything ??)
