Entourage: How can a public folder's view be changed?
I have just installed the new version of Office on my Mac here at work. The reason we upgraded was so that we could take advantage of the Exchange integration. Well, the mail and address look-up are working ok (the addresses will only pull from our local office, not remotes like the PCs), but the public folders are wrong.
Our IS dept has several public folders available through the Exchange server. the one which I am concerned with allows the user to reserve a conferance room. On a PC, when you open the folder, you are presented with a calendar. Under Entourage, all you see is a series of emails. They look like event notices, but contain no content and there is no clear way to reserve the room.
Is it possible to use this functionality on a Mac?
