Purchasing a laser printer

I'm off to uni, and need a printer. I'm thinking of a cheap second-hand laser. It must have ethernet connection, and be supported by MacOS X



I've looked at the HP Laserjet 4 and 5s. They both appear on eBay in abundance, and seem to typically cost around £45 (for the 4s).



Would you say that was a good deal? I've used these printers at college, but never with Macs.



Anything else I should bear in mind?

    im using a samsung ml-1430....really nice reliable printer

    some of the other samsungs have ethernet built in
