Can non-admin change dial-up settings?
Hello.
I'm a new mac user (switcher from Linux/Windows) who has just acquired an iBook for the research group that I support. The Book will be used by several students for presentations at conferences and the like.
Naturally, I'd prefer if not everyone were an "Admin" user, but it looks like if they need to be able to change/add modem dial-up settings (i.e. phone number and user name) they need to be an admin.
Has anyone seen/found a way to make that panel "user" configurable rather than "admin only"? Seems like an obvious oversight.
