Do you have the latest drivers? These drivers were released two and a half years ago so I don't know if they're even OS X drivers, I assume you are using OS X. 3com's website doesn't say if these are OS X. It just refers to them as Mac drivers.

Yeah, I tried those, but they're for 9. I did a little hunting around and Macam works pretty well, but the quality is crappy. I also got iChatUSBCam, but it doesn't recognize the camera.
