using windows MoH Spearhead files on Mac?

Can you? I thought I recalled that there are ways to do so with Q3 or someother game, but I don't know if/how one could do that with Medal of Honor - Spearhead.



I bought the game for a friend as a gift (Windows user), and he didn't like it, so I would love to use it on my iMac if possible (since I finished MoH Allied Assault quite a while ago).
