Capturing video from the web in Quicktime Pro

Info on apple's site about quicktime pro says it can do this...but it doesn't say how?
Does anyone know how?

Where are you getting this from? It says on there that it can save files from the web... but I don't see it claiming to save streams... (runs to look)
do you mean here?
EDIT: In the mean time, have you looked into SnapZ-Pro?

Snapz is a good way to capture onscreen video that you can't capture otherwise. I'd recommend having a relatively fast comp, tho.
